| “I took a couple of digital videos from 2002 in to get them converted to DVD. I talked the manager Chris Anderson and he said that they could get the two videos on one DVD for the price of $31.99. I thought that the price was a little expensive but I wanted them done for Valentines so I took them in. When I went to pick them up today they said that the charge would almost $70.00 with tax because the videos were over an hour long (around 20 minutes over) and thus they made two DVDs. I contacted Chris again (who is the manager); he told me that there was nothing he could do to reduce the price or find a solution except that he could give me 10% off the second DVD. This is my first experience with Inkley's and it will definately be the last. A terrible experience and a ruined Valentines.” | |||
